Tava Indian Bistro presents north and south Indian fare in relaxed, clean surroundings. It has a daily lunch buffet consisting of over 30 items as well as a dinner buffet on Sundays and Tuesdays. A la carte specialties of the house include "Rogan Josh" (a classic lamb curry) and chicken tikka masala. Owner Purandeep Singh takes pride in his dishes, which are made fresh daily - with less fat - and puts customer satisfaction as his first priority.
