Established 1982, the San Carlos Adult Community Center is a non-profit community and recreation center for anyone 50 and older. Conveniently located near the library, the police station and downtown San Carlos, the center offers a wide variety of (mostly free) activities, including socials, mixers, organized trips and tours, luncheons, film festivals, lectures, classes, exercise and dance courses, card games and billiards. The center also features a Macintosh computer lab. Courier, the bimonthly bulletin from the San Carlos Adult Community Center, lists all the upcoming activities and is available online.
