Bikram Yoga San Carlos

<p>Yoga Health Center has been in the same location for 15 years, since 1996. Its  yoga practice is Bikram only, meaning that classes are held in rooms that are kept at a temperature that falls between 103 and 112 degrees. </p> <p>Classes are held every day. An introductory offer of "30 days for $30" is a great way to try out Bikram. All classes are 90 minutes except for two classes at 6 am on Tuesday and Thursday which are 60 minutes.</p>
