There are few topics in San Carlos more ubiquitous than the real estate market-- and for good reason.  People choose to call San Carlos "home" because they love all the things that this great little town has to offer:  The schools, the great downtown shopping area, the weather, and the prime Peninsula location.

So it's understandable that the residents in San Carlos have a pretty keen eye on what's happening in the real estate market.  Whether they're looking to rent or buy their first home, or they're already established in a home, San Carlos residents are pretty savvy when it comes to understanding the housing market in the City of Good Living.

The Square Foot Blog on Patch will be a high-level overview of what's happening in the world of San Carlos real estate from the perspective of someone who's involved in the market 7 days a week.    It should dovetail nicely with the information that I cover in much greater depth on the White Oaks Blog.
