The San Carlos Real Estate Wrap-Up: Week Ending 5/19/2012

The real estate market is still red-hot in San Carlos. Here's a quick summary of what listed, pended and sold in San Carlos this past week.

San Carlos Real Estate Summary.

This was a week that made buyers rejoice. There were 16 new listings to hit the market and another couple of re-lists in what was the biggest single-week increase in inventory so far this year. There are new options for just about every buyer, from 2-bedroom to 5-bedroom homes and prices ranging from $400,000 to $1.4M. At the time of this post, there were 37 homes for sale in San Carlos -- easily the highest inventory in months. Here's to hoping that this trend continues in the coming weeks. Buying activity remained brisk, with 6 homes going into contract -- all 6 the were only on the market for two weeks or less. Things are still moving quickly, so be sure to get out and see the new inventory while it's available. Here are the numbers for the week:
