A New Weekly Feature.

If you follow the real estate market in San Carlos, or any city for that matter, one of the biggest challenges is finding data that will give you an idea what's happening in that particular market -- are prices up, or down?  How many homes are selling?  Are they selling quickly, or taking a long time to sell?  All of those are important objective datapoints that you'd probably want to know if you're keeping an eye on the market.

Starting today, I am going to run a weekly feature that provides a high-level summary of the sales activity for the past week in San Carlos, while comparing it to the week prior.   The summary includes such key metrics as the number of homes sold, average sales price, days on the market, etc..   So in one easy-to-read table, you can get a quick, objective look at what's happening in the world of San Carlos real estate.
