Cardio Power Circuits

This combination of muscle and movement is great for calorie-blasting and muscle strengthening. Half the class will be a series of circuits, where you move from exercise to exercise helping you to increase your muscle power. The other half of class allows your body to get into a groove with fluid and fun movements accompanied by some motivating music. What a way to get it all in the day!
Please bring a mat and 5-8lb. weights.
