Toddler and Parent Positive Discipline

Come to the San Carlos Rec Department's Toddler and Parent Positive Discipline Class and do fun, engaging activities with your child and learn tools to win your child over instead of winning over your child. At each class you will learn about, and practice, a new tool or concept such as developmental ages and stages; Big Feelings and how to redirect your child to acceptable outlets; encouragement vs. praise and self-regulation. Have fun together in circle time and weather permitting, we'll end each class with outdoor play at the tot playground. Infant siblings welcome. A $10 lab fee covers course
materials and is payable to instructor at first class. This is for kids ages 1 to 3 years of age.
