Haiku Writing Workshop

On Thursday, September 23rd, the Library invites all teens ages 13-18 to come and experience the exciting world of Japanese poetry with a Haiku Writing Workshop. The workshop will be hands on and interactive, providing a basic introduction to "Haiku", an ancient poetic form originating in Japan and now practiced all over the world. Come put your syllables to good work at this unique writing class for teens. This event is free and no prior registration is required.
