Co-Ed Gymnastics

Learn the fundamentals from the pros! Students will be instructed in basic gymnastics skills including tumbling, uneven bars, vault, trampoline and balance beam. No previous experience is required for this San Carlos Recreation Department class. Attire for the class should be leotards for girls; shorts and a t-shirt for boys. No zippers, snaps, or buttons will be allowed. For more information call the San Carlos Recreation Department. This class is for kids ages 6 to 10.
