Probation for Alleged Marijuana Growers
Three San Carlos residents were given three years of supervised probation Wednesday for their alleged roles in growing marijuana at home and in a warehouse, also located in San Carlos.
Three San Carlos residents were given three years of supervised probation Wednesday for their alleged roles in growing marijuana at home and in a warehouse, also located in San Carlos.
Alexis Morgan Bennight, 58, and John Scott Breisch, 52, were also given 6-month sentences while Ryan Arthur Schofield, 34, was given a 120-day sentence.
Narcotics Task Force Agents obtained search warrants For both facilities last August and discovered approximately 1,300 marijuana plants, marijuana growing equipment and a PG&E power bypass.
The case for all three defendants continues to Aug. 31, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. in Superior Court Redwood City for a hearing regarding restitution.
