Planning Commission Approves Permit For Music School, Lot Line Adjustments

In two quick and unanimous decisions, the Planning Commission approved both requests on its agenda.

The Planning Commission approved both Robert Dulsy's request for lot line adjustment at 113 Edgehill Drive, as well as Nelson Kwok's request for a conditional work permit to open the Green Octave School of Music at 153 El Camino Real, with a unanimous vote of 5-0.

To a room of three residents, the commission made both decisions in just under 15 minutes inside the city council chambers.

According to the commission, Dulsky's lot line adjustment do not create any non-conormity. Dulsky's request came after he found his fence was not aligned with the legal property line. The three lots with their adjusted square footage, are still all conforming. Staff recommends the approval.
