Get Your Goblin On Downtown Friday

The Goblin Walk encourages kids 7 and younger to come trick-or-treating with their parents.

As the midday sun gives way to the hushed crypticness of dusk, downtown Laurel Street will come alive Friday with ghouls, ghosts and hordes of five-year-olds dressed as goblins.

They’re coming for your candy. Beware!

The Goblin Walk will begin Friday at 4 p.m. and last until 5:30 p.m. between the 600 and 800 block of Laurel Street.

The event is for children 7 and under, with the accompaniment of their parents.

Kids can trick-or-treat, door-to-door at more than 35 business displaying a Goblin Wak Stop sign. Kids can pick up their Goblin Walk trick-or-treat bag at the downtown park or from any Goblin Walk Volunteer.
