Rich Gordon Gives Keynote Speech

Thursday, Assemblyman Rich Gordon (Menlo Park) will deliver the keynote address at the General Membership meeting of the Association of California Recycling Industries (ACRI), a nonprofit trade association comprised of recycling businesses throughout California. 

 

Assemblyman Gordon’s keynote address will focus on his work as Chair of the Budget Subcommittee that oversees all state natural resource agencies (Budget Sub-3).  He will highlight his success last year with AB 1149 (plastics/green jobs), and his pending legislation this year, AB 1933 (anti-fraud enforcement) and AB 1647 (tire recycling). Additionally, he will touch on the tenor in Sacramento, and what lies ahead for the recycling industry.
