Editor's Notebook: Who Will Run For City Council Come November?

San Carlos Patch asks readers who they'd like to see run for city council.

The city of San Carlos heads into the November election with two city council seats on the line, the results of which could drastically alter the course of the city’s political landscape.

Council member and former Mayor Randy Royce will run for re-election, and the seat of the late Omar Ahmad will be decided. Ahmad’s passing on May 10 created an incumbent-less race, as interim council member Brad Lewis has stated he will not be running for re-election and was appointed to fill Ahmad’s seat only until the November election.

So, the question becomes: who will run for city council in November?
