The San Carlos City Council will meet on tonight at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 600 Elm Street.

Agenda items include:

  1. City Council - Appoint Council Member to Blue Ribbon Task Force on Solid Waste Rates & SBWMA Governance
  2. Police - Authorize Expenditure of $140,000 in SLESF Funds for 2nd Traffic Deputy (partial funding), City Emergency Operations Plan & Patrol Night Vision Equipment
  3. Wheeler Plaza - Approve 3 Resolutions - 657 Walnut Street Relocation Plan, Disposition & Development Agreement (DDA), Cooperation Agreement with the San Carlos Successor Agency
  4. Sewer Rates - Set Public Hearing on May 28, 2013 to Consider 3 Year Increase in Residential & Commercial Sewer Rates to fund City Sewer System Renovation, SBSA Wastewater Treatment Capital Needs & City Sewer System Operating Costs
