City Council Preview: Brad Lewis To Be Sworn In; New Mayor Selected

The next city council meeting will be held on June 13 at 7 pm.

The official swearing-in of Brad Lewis as the newest member of the San Carlos City Council and the selection of a new Mayor and Vice-Mayor will occur  this Monday, June 13, at 7:00 pm inside the city council chambers.

Vice-Mayor Andy Klein has been serving the city as acting-Mayor since the sudden death of Omar Ahmad. The council decided to wait on selecting a mayor until the fifth councilmen slot was filled. On June 6, the council appointed Brad Lewis to be the interim-councilman, a position he will hold until November. He said he will not run in the election.
