What You Saw: Crash on Alameda de las Pulgas and San Carlos Ave.

Just after noon on Friday, a young driver crashed his grey Toyota into a parked Toyota V8. The accident occured at the intersection of Alameda de las Pulgas and San Carlos Avenue.
