Deputy initiated activity in the 1400 block of El Camino Real.  Eric Gusto, age 38 of Redwood City, was arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail for 11550(a) H&S and 3056 PC.  Melinda Fife, age 24 of San Carlos was arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail for 11377(a) H&S, 11550(a) H&S and 11364 H&S.  Disposition: Arrest.

Deputy initiated activity in the 100 block of Harbor Blvd.   Roger James, age 46 of Belmont was cited and released for 11364 H&S and 4060 B&P.  Disposition: Citation Issued.
