Deputy initiated activity in the 1400 block of Laurel Street.  Anthony Orefice, age 52 of San Carlos was arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail for a San Mateo County warrant for $5,000 for 555 P.C . and 602 P.C.  Disposition: Arrest.
