Incident location was the 1700 block of El Camino Real.  Reina Bustamante, age 23 of Belmont was arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail on an outstanding East Palo Alto Police Department warrant for 14601.1(a) CVC. Disposition:  Arrest.

14:36   Controlled Substance Paraphernalia

Incident location was the 1400 block of El Camino Real.  Tony Kaufusi, age 50 of San Francisco was cited and released for 11364 H&S.  Disposition:  Arrest.

20:45   Possession of a Controlled Substance/Warrant Arrest

Incident location was the 1500 block of Eaton Avenue.  Hugo Sanchez, age 24 of Redwood City was arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail for 11377(a)H&S, 114 PC, 12500(a) VC and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant (no further information at time of posting).  Disposition:  Arrest.

21:36   Possession of Toluene Substance

Incident location was the 1100 block of Industrial Road.  Brian Doyle, age 44 of East Palo Alto was cited and released for 381(B) PC.  Disposition:  Arrest.
