Deputy initiated activity at 101/Whipple, Redwood City.  Leanna Carrera, age 25 of Roseville, was arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail on an active San Mateo County Sheriff's Office warrant for $10,000 for 11550(a) H&S.  Albert Fallorin, age 28 of San Bruno was arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail for a Union City Police Department warrant for $10,000 for 23152(a) CVC.  Thomas Shireman, age 30 of San Mateo was cited and released for 12500(a) CVC.  Disposition: Arrest.
