Incident location was the 500 block of El Camino Real.  Deputies were dispatched to the location on a report of an "in-progress" indecent exposure.   Baldev Singh, age 59 of Redwood City was arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail for 314.1 P.C. Disposition: Arrest.
