Police Bulletin On Hiatus Until June 15

The records supervisor will help with Half Moon Bay's transition to the Sheriff's Office.

The police bulletin will not be released next week as the records supervisor will be in Half Moon Bay assisting with the city's transition to the Sheriff's Office, said Police Captain Greg Rothaus.

"It can be a little hectic and our Supervisor has experience from the San Carlos transition," said Rothaus. "We will have a replacement person here but our replacement is not trained in screening our daily activities and putting out a log that can be viewed by the public. "

Rothaus said the police will still put out press releases and/or SMC Alerts in any case where such a report is in the interest of the community.
