08:13     Vandalism

Incident location was on the 200 block of Arundel Road sometime between 02/04/11 at 1600 hours and 02/07/11 at 0700 hours unknown suspect(s) spray painted on the rear of the school. Disposition: Report taken.

08:28     Driving without a License

Deputy initiated activity at Elm St/Greenwood Avenue.  Marco Antonia Reyna-Tineo, 32 of East Palo Alto was cited and released for 12500 CVC.  Disposition: Arrest.

11:25     Hit and Run

Incident location was on the 800 block of Laurel Street a vehicle was side swiped and the other vehicle left the scene without exchanging information.  Disposition:  Assisted.

12:18     Suspicious Vehicle

Incident location was at Belmont Ave/Geneva Avenue a suspicious vehicle is driving up and down the street very slowly.  Disposition:  Advised.

12:52     Noise Ordinance Violation

Incident location was on the 100 block of Colton Avenue a complaint was received regarding construction workers radio playing too loud. Disposition: Advised.

14:05     Suspicious Circumstance

Incident location was on the 2000 block of Howard Avenue a suspicious letter was received in the mail.  Disposition: Assisted.

14:34     Fraud

Incident location was on the 1000 block of East San Carlos Avenue unknown suspect(s) have changed the billing address and contact information on an account and made multiple charges around the bay area.  Disposition: Report taken.

15:42     Noise Ordinance Violation

Incident location was on the 1100 block of Laurel Street a complaint was received regarding loud noise.  Disposition: Checks clear.

17:10     Petty Theft

Incident location was on the 1100 block of Old County Road.  Aris Vilorio, 31 of Redwood City was cited and released for 488 PC. Disposition: Arrest.

17:43     Noise Ordinance Violation

Incident location was on the 400 block of Hillcrest Road a complaint was received regarding a barking dog.  Disposition: Advised.

19:40     Suspicious Person

Incident location was on the 1500 block of Laurel Street a complaint was received regarding a solicitor.  Disposition: Advised.

20:23     Outside Agency Assist

Deputy initiated activity on the 1100 block of El Camino Real to assist with the Transit Unit.  Disposition: Assisted.

20:41     Suspicious Person

Incident location was on the 100 block of Lynton Avenue a complaint was received regarding a solicitor.  Disposition: Checks clear.

21:26     Suspicious Vehicle

Deputy initiated activity at Cowgill Alley/Cherry Street.  Disposition: Checks clear.

21:43     Suspicious Circumstance

Incident location was on the 900 block of El Camino Real a car alarm was sounding with a male subject all in black standing next to the vehicle.  Disposition: Checks clear.

21:53     Suspicious Person

Incident location was on the 1500 block of Laurel Street two subject(s) walked into a gated community and stated they were soliciting but appeared like they were checking out the area.  Disposition: Advised.
