Community Update

I dealt with Greg at Master Mart flooring and he was extremely unresponsive and rarely returned calls. I normally would not have went with their services because of this but they were recommended to me from someone. After the floor was put in, the floor was caving in a lot, at the kitchen dining room transition. When I called he said the person that put down the floor said the kitchen was higher than the rest of the house. Why didn't he say something before he put the floor down. I asked if the linoleum was removed from the kitchen floor first and he said it was. I was lied to because I had him come out to fix it and it was still there. Here are the pictures to prove it.

This set my contractor back 3 days because he had to remove work that was already done and redo it. They didn't even remove the linoleum from the kitchen floor but just added some concrete to slope the transition. This guy will just take your money and run and not do the work necessary or what was paid for.
