Yoga Walks offer an opportunity for new and continuing yoga students to take advantage of the beautiful open spaces in our community. Classes include about 45 minutes of yoga poses interspersed with three 15 minute energetic walks along along local trails. It's the perfect way to get some fresh air, exercise, and calming time for yourself.
Registration is required. Further details can be found on the Activity Guide at www.cityofsancarlos.org. The first class is free for new students.
