We believe struggling students deserve our support, and we know that one-on-one tutoring makes a vital difference in their abilities to succeed in school.
Please consider joining the team of Healthy Cities tutors and mentors at the upcoming HEALTHY CITIES TUTORING ORIENTATION AND TRAINING, Wednesday, October 24 at White Oaks School, 1901 White Oak Way, in the Multi-Use Room. Two training times are available: 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM or 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM. No RSVP is required.
Tutors meet with their student once a week, for approximately one hour to provide one-on-one support. Tutoring times are flexible and we can work with your schedule to arrange a time that is convenient for you. We always have more students than we have tutors, so your help is greatly needed.
If you would like more information, please visit our website: www.healthycitiestutoring.org. Or, call Donna Becht, Executive Director, at (650) 508-7327 or e-mail dbecht@healthycitiestutoring.org.
We look forward to seeing you on October 24, and we appreciate all you do for our San Carlos community.
Thank you,
