This 2,230 square-foot single family home located at 1728 Elizabeth St. in San Carlos closed escrow last week in the amount of $1,849,000.

The three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1940. It originally listed on April 30, 2013 for the eventual selling price, $1,849,000.
