Pour a Cup of Coffee and Let's Talk Sewer Rates
A proposal to increase sewer rates will he heard Monday night by the San Carlos City Council. This video helps to take some of the mystery out of sewer rates.

To demonstrate that sewer rate structures are not as daunting as they might sound, San Carlos Public Works Director Jay Walter and Acting Parks and Recreation Director Christine Boland discuss those rates over a cup of coffee in this six-minute video.
In the video, the duo discuss a proposal to increase Sewer Rates in San Carlos over the next 3 years. This proposal will be heard by the City Council at their meeting tonight.
