This will be a savings to the taxpayer because the community service is done without pay and costly government benefits. Those who job it is to oversee or manage the department and it's budget should be fired or be re-hired to fill the vacant positions left by the embezzlers for failure to have the necessary monetary controls and/or failure to implement existing monetary controls."

Caltrain Victim Identified as Palo Alto Man
