Former Aragon High Coach Gets Prison Time for Sexually Abusing Student

Linda wrote, "Ok, I'm sorry, but this water polo coach may be a pervert, but what the heck are the parents allowing their girls to go for a sleepover at a male "coaches" house. Are parents that naive, or did they even tell their parents where they were going??????? What is this society coming too....I don't know all the facts but SERIOUSLY! Parents it's after school hours - do you know where your children are?"

Excessive Force Lawsuits Cost Menlo Park Police

P2B wrote, "It may be better to have a Pit Bull than a Chihuahua guarding your house...."

 

Walt Bishop wrote, "These two will cost the taxpayer more money for prison time. They should be required to pay the taxpayer the amount they embezzled and spend 8 years of community service. This will be a savings to the taxpayer because the community service is done without pay and costly government benefits. Those who job it is to oversee or manage the department and it's budget should be fired or be re-hired to fill the vacant positions left by the embezzlers for failure to have the necessary monetary controls and/or failure to implement existing monetary controls."

 

Caltrain Victim Identified as Palo Alto Man

This is the fifth pedestrian death on Caltrain tracks in 2013, and the third in Palo Alto.
