Has Any of Your U.S. Mail Gone 'Missing'?

Neighbors in one San Carlos neighborhood say gift cards have been lost or stolen in the mail.

Residents in the Devonshire Canyon neighborhood of San Carlos have reported some gift cards that should have been received in the mail, were lost or stolen.

A San Carlos resident told Patch in an email message that she called the local U.S. Postal Service special agent Michael J. Appio, who told her that any suspected mail thefts should be reported to:

She added, “Mike said they have "mountains" of stolen mail to sift through, some of which must be retained as evidence. Our mail will be forwarded to us as quickly as possible.
