Commission Openings: Your City Needs You!

There are open seats on the two San Carlos commissions.

If you're looking to get involved in The City of Good Living, but don't want to run for elected office, serving on a city commission might be just the ticket. There is currently an opening on the San Carlos Planning Commission that can put your skills to good use:

The San Carlos Planning Commission now has one vacant seat due to the expired term of a commissioner.
  
Planning commissioners make recommendations on the city’s General Plan for future development, review and act on proposals for development applications, review and act upon zoning changes, and makes recommendations to the city council. Commissioners meet the first and third Monday of the month at 7 p.m.
