San Carlos Real Estate Recap: 1/7/2014
There wasn't a tremendous amount of activity last week in the San Carlos real estate market due to the fact that it was the final week of the holiday break. But as we start the first full week of the new year, expectations are pretty high for this real estate market.
Sellers who are keeping track of the current inventory levels in San Carlos and decide to put their homes on the market early in 2014 should be aptly rewarded. Buyers who didn't find their homes last year are already out in force looking to snipe that early opportunity in 2014. It should be a very eventful first-half of the year. I'll be happy to keep you updated each week in this column on Patch!
