The San Carlos Real Estate Recap: 12/30/2013
We are in the final days of what has been simply an amazing year in the San Carlos housing market. Home prices have jumped nearly 30% since 2011, there is virtually no inventory of homes to choose from, and home buyers are still lined up to buy whatever hits the market in our great community.
Look for 2014 to be another very strong year in the our local market -- all of the key elements are still in place for this market to keep steaming along. Thank you for following my weekly column on San Carlos Patch, and I hope you have a safe and happy New Year!
