That's easily the lowest inventory level that we've seen in recent history, even when you consider where we're at in the calendar year.
But don't be fooled into thinking that things are going to stay that way for long. The market should start with a bang right after the New Year, so there should be quite a few more listings to choose from in San Carlos. That's why it's important to stay on task if you're in the market for a home, because those buyers who do will reap the benefits early in the new year.
