This past week we saw a nice surge in new listings for single family residences in San Carlos. The week started off with only 12 homes for sale in the entire city, which caused a very uneasy feeling for many buyers still trying to buy a home in San Carlos this year. But by the end of the week, there were 9 new homes to hit the market, which pushed the effective inventory of homes for sale up to 19. That's not a huge number for this time of year, but certainly better than 12.Here are some other key stats for the San Carlos real estate market last week:

- Average Sold Price: $1,127,750
- Average $/sq foot (sold): $739
- Average Days on Market (DOM) of Sold Homes: 28
- # of Homes to go Pending: 2
- Average Price of Homes for Sale: $1,485,781
