Preview: Planning Commission Meeting Tonight
A preview of tonight's planning commission meeting.
The Planning Commission will meet tonight at 7 p.m. inside the city council chambers.
The commission is expected to address Robert Dulsky's request for lot line adjustment approval for three parcels located at 113 Edgehill Drive.
According to documents released by the commission, "the goal of the proposed lot line adjustment will result in rear yards that better reflect their actual use. A previous lot line adjustment affecting four parcels was approved by the Planning Commission on May 3, 2010, but not recorded due to a change in agreements between the property owners."

In addition, the commission will address Nelson Kwok's request for approval of a Conditional Use Permit application to operate an instructional music school. Kwok represents the Green Octave School of Music, located at 153 El Camino Real.
