Used to be known as: Dynamite Mousse Company (one yelp review began, "This is a little catering company that also moonlights at lunch as a smallish deli. There are a few tables outside in the front and the selection consists of a few sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups, and sides like chips and cookies.")

Whatever goes in there, how about the city paying more attention to the south end of Laurel...in other words, mostly from Arroyo south, but especially south of Brittan. How about planters and lights on trees as are in "downtown?" All San Carlos businesses deserve equal treatment. They all provide services to San Carlans.

Many young people have told us that, while San Carlos is terrific for their younger siblings, older teens need a place to "hang out" that is more attuned to their interests and needs. It would be great to see something along those lines.

Mark, That's a good idea. I think if we can encourage responsibility, that would be perfect. I wonder what would teens like to see there? Music? Board games? Video games? Internet access? Soft drinks, snacks, etc? Dance floor? A social club?
