No Bag? No Problem!

The City of San Carlos is helping get residents over the hump as the city becomes plastic-bag-free-zone.

As of July 1, merchants in San Carlos will no longer be providing plastic bags to customers in compliance with the city's new ordinance banning single-use bags and requiring the use of reusable bags throughout the city.

And to help with the transition to a BYOB community, the City of San Carlos is offering free washable, reusable "City of Good Living" tote bags. Simply visit a City facility in the coming weeks bag.

Tote bags will be available at:

City Hall
600 Elm Street, 2nd Floor
City Clerk Counter

Adult Community Center
601 Chestnut Street
Front Desk

Youth Center
1001 Chestnut Street
Front Desk

One per person, please. Available while supplies last
during regular business hours only starting July 5, 2013.
