Meets The Eye Productions Comes To San Carlos

The film and television studio facility joined the San Carlos business community this month.

Meets The Eye, a production company for film and television founded in 2009, recently joined the San Carlos business community.

Owner Marshall Spight stood beside Mayor Andy Klein, Councilman Bob Grassilli and Chamber CEO Dave Bouchard in front of the studio’s green screen to help cut the ribbon for the grand opening.

The new facility – located on 939 Terminal Way - is a 12,000 square foot industrial space with two shooting stages suitable for video, film and stills.

On the morning of the opening, attendees were invited to tour the two-story building, and got a sneak peek into their make-up rooms, kitchen, offices and dressing rooms.

The building Meets The Eye occupies used to be a local print shop, but has been converted into a production facility.
