Community Update

I purchased a product from them (angiotensin EIA) which failed to work even with their own standards. When we approached the technical service people, they flatly refused to troubleshoot or take any responsibility. We've used immunoassays from a large number of companies. We have received much better technical assistance and customer service from all of them, including some in China. Dealing with Peninsula Laboratories was a waste of time and money.
