The San Carlos Arts and Culture Commission received four proposals and will vote to award a chosen artist at their public meeting on April 18th.

Proposals were submitted by David R. Nelson of Marble, Colorado, B. J. Stevenson of Belmont, Rory Nakita of College of San Mateo and of Newark.

Digital pictures and drawings of the proposals are available for public viewing at in the first floor lobby from April 11-18.
