Roger Ebert Gives New Brad Lewis Film 3 1/2 Stars

Cars 2, due out Friday, June 24, gets a rave from famed critic.

Famed Chicago-based film critic Roger Ebert has given 3 1/2 stars to 'Cars 2', the new Brad Lewis animated feature due out Friday, June 24. Lewis co-directed the film with John Lasseter.

Stars such as Larry The Cable Guy, Owen Wilson and Michael Caine provided voices for the cartoon car sequel. Lewis previously worked on the Oscar-winning Ratatouille.

"At a time when some "grown-up" action films are relentlessly shallow and stupid, here is a movie with such complexity that even the cars sometimes have to pause and explain it to themselves," Ebert said in his review.
