Wings, Wheels and Whirlybirds!

Join the Hiller Aviation Museum for its 2010 Benefit Celebration, Wings, Wheels and Whirlybirds! This special event will feature a silent auction where you can vie for a wide variety of gifts, from dining to one-of-a-kind items, vintage car and classic seaplane displays, and a flight simulation zone where you can experience the thrill of aviation and try flying to Hong Kong from San Carlos in only 15-20 minute.

The event will also feature a lecture by guest speaker, Erik Lindberg. Grandson of Charles Lindberg, Erik recreated his grandfather's flight in 2002 flying from New York to Paris marking the 75th anniversary of his grandfather's historic flight. Avoiding thunderstorms and icy wings, Erik Lindberg, flying in the footsteps of his grandfather completed the journey in 17hrs, 7min. This is twice as fast as his grandfather 75 years earlier in the Spirit of St. Louis.

Don't miss out on this spectacular evening! Please RSVP on the Museum's website by October 1st. Attire is aviation inspired or business dress.
