The San Carlos Chickens' Ball is a variety show set in the 1890's Barbary Coast of San Francisco - it is a unique San Carlos biennial event that raises money for all 7 schools in San Carlos and builds community fellowship in San Carlos. It was started in 1940 by teacher Howard Demeke and features local talent ONLY. It's a little bit bawdy and somewhat zany - no one under 16 admitted.
