PG&E will be doing emergency work on a minor repair of a natural gas transmission line along U.S. Highway 101 in San Carlos on Friday morning, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office.
"The work will sound like a jet engine as crews void the line of gas in the vicinity of Commercial and Old County Road in San Carlos," officials said.
