Would you be willing to shed a pint of blood for the home team? The Blood Centers of the Pacific are hoping you will.
During the "Out for Blood Challenge" between today and Saturday, Feb. 2, Blood Centers of the Pacific and American Red Cross Baltimore will tally up the number of pints to see which blood center has the most donors and win bragging rights.
So the 49er faithful (the healthy ones anyway) are e to visit any of the Blood Centers of the Pacific blood mobiles or donation centers; click here for locations.

And organizers are reminding donors wear their 49ers gear when they donate blood this week so they can post it on our Facebook page. All who donate blood during this time period will be entered into a raffle for a 49er Superbowl jersey. The winner will be announced February 4th. Go Niners! Go BCP!
