Volunteers are needed Monday thru Friday between 9am - 4pm.. You can choose how long you'd like your shift to be - hours are completely flexible.
We need help picking up donations and/or organizing and preparing for Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco's grand opening of its brand new ReStore. Volunteers can be under 16 years of age if accompanied by an adult.

The ReStore is a social enterprise of Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco and will be open to the public in the Fall of 2012. The ReStore is a volunteer-driven home improvement store that accepts and resells new and re-useable building materials, appliances, hardware, and furniture to the public at a fraction of the normal retail price. All proceeds go to Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco to fund the construction of homes in San Francisco, Marin and San Mateo Counties.
Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco has been the recipient of several green building awards because of our commitment to build energy efficient homes with earth friendly construction materials. Through the ReStore, we are proud to provide an environmentally and socially responsible way to keep good, reusable materials out of the waste stream and to help make conservation an integral and economical part of the dream of home ownership.
